Manual

Manual adjustments are what most people are familiar with. With the ability to make that characteristic "popping" sound, this type of adjustment isn't for everyone. But if that sound is what you seek, then this is just the technique, for you!

Activator

An activator is a handheld device that produces a very specific "click" to realign your spine. It is commonly used on older patients, infants, extremities, and those that want a much more gentle adjustment. It is a manual device in that the rate of "click" is dependent on the user's ability to manually squeeze it, unlike the Impulse which has a motor and can produce several clicks in rapid succession. 

Impulse

The Impulse is another handheld device similar in it's approach to the activator, with the biggest difference being that it can produce rapid impulses due to it being electronic. It is good for gentle adjustments and is great for working through the spine. It can also be used on muscle trigger points during the adjustment to help with muscle soreness and fatigue. 

Zone Technique

Zone Technique is based on the body being separated into 6 systems, or zones, that maintain balance for perfect health. If one of these 6 zones is not functioning properly, then we utilize this technique to determine which zone is not balanced, and then adjust specific vertebral levels to re-balance that zone. This then re-establishes the communication between the brain and body, allowing you to heal and function optimally. 

Y-Strap

The Y-Strap is a manual traction device that is positioned along the back of the skull while the practitioner uses the handle to pull along the y-axis, stretching and elongating the spine similar to decompression. This method is definitely not for everyone but is particularly effective with patients who have issues in their upper and mid back.
